What to Ask Your Walk In Tub Manufacturer

There are several walk in bath-tubs being sold over the internet. Shopping for a walk-in bath tub can be confusing, due to many differences and all the choices. Before you purchase, there are several questions you should ask. Your best option is to visit a company with a showroom so you know exactly what you are purchasing so there are no surprises when your walk-in bath tub arrives for installation.

How long has your company been making walk-in bath tubs? We have been in business since May 2006. All our tubs are made in Texas.  
Do you have a show room? Yes, in Granbury TX.  
Is your bathtub made in the U.S.A.? Yes. In Texas  
What certifications do your walk-in bathtubs have? The hydrotherapy tub and all components are UL approved.  
Is hydrotherapy available? Yes.  
Is whirlpool available? Yes.  
How high is the step to the tub? 5.5" from the floor  
How much water will it take to fill the bathtub? 30-40 gallons, depending on the size of size of the person, a 50-gallon water tank is recommended.  
How much strength will it take to operate the handle? The small handle pushes down with little effort.  
How wide is the door? 18" from bottom to top.  
What is the water depth? 27" of deep, relaxing water.  
Does the door swing inward or outward? Door seal? It is an inward swinging door with a double door seal.  
Can a local plumber or contractor install the tub? Yes, any qualified plumber can install the tub. We have detailed instructions that ship with our tub.  
Do you do installs? We install in Texas. If you are outside of Texas, we encourage you to find an installer you can trust.  
What warranty do you offer? Lifetime warranty on door and double door seals. Ten year warranty on all other components.  
How soon can my tub be shipped after it's ordered? In most cases, within five days.  
What is included in my order? Faucet, hand-held shower, shower curtain, rod and rings.  
Are you a member of the BBB? Yes, and we are proud to say that we have never had a complaint filed against us.
